your purchased ⁠membership cannot be refunded, cancelled, or transferred. Failure to regularly use facilities and services during the membership period still counts according to the original membership period

you can Freeze/Pause the membership by paying Rp 250k for Maximum 10month, and we will extend the membership expiry date as per request

obsidian is a place for members to be proud through their content, which you can shoot by Monday to Saturday (1pm to 4pm), sunday (2pm until 10pm)

pets are not allowed in the gym area and functional area. pets are allowed outside the gym premises

members should report any injuries or equipment malfunctions to the nearby staff immediately

smoking cigarettes and alcohol are strictly prohibited in training area and its premises. vaping is only allowed in the lounge areas

no outside trainers are allowed. members who wish to work with a personal trainer must use one of Obsidian’s trainers. trainers that wish to do their business at obsidian have to submit their request at the front desk
